Kaden Coziar is the founder and managing editor of The RX Index. He edits and takes responsibility for The RX Index Research, the site's independent collection of trackers, datasets, and policy reviews on GLP-1 medications.

Role and responsibility

Kaden is the named author of every research asset listed below. For each one he is responsible for source selection, verification against primary records, dated releases, the methodology notes, and corrections. Research pages state when each finding was last verified and what the evidence does and does not establish.

Kaden is an editor and researcher. He is not a physician, pharmacist, or other licensed healthcare provider, and his work is not medical advice. When a page has been reviewed by a clinician, it names that medical reviewer, their credentials, and the review date separately from the author byline, as described in the medical review policy.

Consumer guides, comparisons, and provider reviews elsewhere on the site are published under the RX Index Editorial Team byline.

How the research is produced

• Findings are drawn from primary sources where available: state Medicaid and plan documents, CMS and FDA records, court dockets, manufacturer filings, and peer-reviewed trials.
• Secondary analyses (for example KFF or industry surveys) are labeled as such and dated.
• Material changes are released as dated versions. Where a dataset is published, it comes with downloadable files and citation formats.
• Methods are documented in the research methodology, and revisions are logged in the research changelog.

Research pages carry no affiliate links. Where they link to a related consumer guide, that link is labeled and kept separate from the findings.
